When you meet Kelsey, you’ll be met with a compassionate listener who is eager to hear your story and help individuals, couples and families meet their goals. Her clients describe her as grounded, empowering, and non-judgemental. With a profound commitment to the well-being of others, Kelsey has dedicated her career to making a positive impact on the lives of those she has the opportunity to work with.  


      As a helping professional, Kelsey places emphasis on the values of personal responsibility and choice in the process of creating a life worth living, the merit of mindfulness-based practices, and the power of accepting the things in your life that you cannot control, and committing your energy to that which you can.  With a Masters in Clinical Psychology, Kelsey partners with you to make changes in the direction you want to go.  She incorporates trauma therapy modalities into her work - whether you’ve experienced a small challenge, are working through attachment trauma, or have a recent stressor to process, Kelsey is here to help you through it with evidence-based practices.  Kelsey integrates various therapeutic modalities into her sessions with clients  including narrative therapy, solution focused, emotionally focused therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy

  • Kelsey possesses a diverse range of expertise, with a strong focus on cultivating a therapeutic relationship that serves to promote healing and empowerment so that you can achieve personal growth in whichever ways feel right to you. Areas of focus in her office are: phobias, low-self esteem, LGBTQIA+ mental health, substance misuse, couples therapy, trauma and PTSD, depression, mood disorders and anxiety. She excels in working with systems - the more people in the room, the better the process! She works with a goal setting approach and her former experience as a substance use counselor gives her expertise in many connections between addiction and trauma.

    When you’re struggling with small life challenges or difficult couples or family issues, Kelsey has extensive experience to help you make changes with an encouraging and active treatment planning approach. She understands the unique complexities and sensitivities that often accompany the sensitive areas often bringing people into therapy, and she always tailors support to meet your needs.

    The decision to pursue a career as a therapist was deeply rooted in Kelsey's unwavering desire to assist others in liberating themselves from the confines of limiting beliefs. Her ultimate goal is to guide individuals on a path towards personal growth, authenticity, and fulfillment.
