“Hope is important because it can make the present moment less difficult to bear. If we believe that tomorrow will be better, we can bear a hardship today.” - Thich Nhat Hanh

With a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the prestigious University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), Elizabeth's journey has been shaped by the transformative power of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. These approaches have taught her that therapy is a beautiful dance between acceptance and change, and she's excited to guide you through this empowering process.
Elizabeth's inspiration comes from real-life stories, like Dr. Kay Redfield Jamison's powerful memoir "An Unquiet Mind," which highlights the human spirit's incredible ability to overcome challenges. As your therapist, she brings to the table a warm, empathic, and nonjudgmental approach, ensuring you feel heard and understood throughout your journey. In her own journey, Elizabeth has been profoundly touched by the transformative power of therapy. This personal experience has made her even more dedicated to empowering you to find your own path to healing and growth.
